- Go to your Cookies by clicking the three-button menu button in the top right of the browser and going to “More tools” and then “Clear browsing data…”
- Make sure “Cached images and files” is checked, and click Clear Data. You may also want to check “Cookies and other site data” as well if you still have issues. Then restart your browser and navigate back to your LMS and go to Course Materials to access your title.
