- Click the three-dot menu button in the top right corner of the browser.
- Click on Settings
- Under “Clear browsing data,” click “Choose what to clear.”
- Make sure the boxes next to “Cached data and files” is checked. If you continue to have issues, you may also want to check the box for Cookies and saved website data. Then click Clear and restart your browser. Go to your LMS and navigate to the Course Materials link to access your title.
