If you cannot access your eTextbook, be sure that your Popup Blockers are turned off. For information on how to Allow Popups for your browser, go to: Turning Off Pop-up Blockers in Your Browser.
If that does not work, and you have accessed your eTextbook in your LMS previously, you can access the eTextbook by going directly to www.mydigitalcontent.com. Here, login with your school email address and bookstore website password. If you do not know your password, select the Forgot Password link. You can also access your eTextbooks offline via the Android, iOS, Windows, or Mac desktop apps. Visit Yuzu.com to download the apps.
If this doesn't work, or you have not previously accessed your eTextbook in your LMS, select the "Get Support" link at the top of the page to open a ticket with Customer Care.
