How are bugs or technical difficulties addressed?

If you are experiencing technical issues, contact the Adoption Support team via 24/7 chat or phone.

There are two places to find the Support contact information and several ways to contact the them.

1. Along the right-hand side of the portal, view the Support callout.
2. Visit the Adoption Support page (from the left-hand navigation).

From both places, you can:

• Click on the ‘Open Chat’ button to start a chat
• Call the phone number
• Send an email
