Who do I contact if I need additional assistance using the Adoption & Insights Portal?

If you need general assistance using the portal, please contact the Support team via chat, phone or email.

If you need assistance regarding your adoption materials, you may also contact your Bookstore Manager. Visit the ‘Contact the Bookstore’ page by clicking in ‘Communication Hub’ on the left-hand navigation then ‘Contact the Bookstore’. From here, you can send an email directly to the Bookstore Manager.
