I opted out of my First Day Complete program and am having trouble accessing my Pearson courseware or redeeming my Pearson code.

If you opted out of the First Day Complete program for your Pearson course, you can purchase access at the bookstore. However, you may need to contact Pearson to regain access if you encounter issues or are unable to redeem your access code.

You will need to have the following ready to provide in the form:

• Student’s First and Last Name
• Registered Email Address
• College/University Name
• Course Name and Number (Department, Course, and Section)
• Access Code Purchased
• Location of Purchase and Order ID (receipt or transaction/order number)

Student access is one of Pearson's top priorities. Your request will be addressed as soon as possible.
